Tamago is an easy recipe thus everyone is able to take a try with it. When your home is out-of-food or too lazy to go outside for looking food? Then, this delish and easy and quick recipe is the best! Anything in your fridge, you can put it all. Here, i did only use 2 ingredients, very simple, sausages and green onion. You can use onion or crab stick or carrot or diced ham or vegetables, anything.

For the three eggs, i use pinch of salt, a lot black pepper, sesame oil, a teaspoon of soysauce, that’s all. Salt and black pepper is great when you don’t have the remain ingredients. The tamagoyaki omelet pan is not a neccesary as you can do it in any pan, but if you want a good shape, get the pan fast as it is easy to find and affordable.

Look at those melted cheese. Isn’t it look fabs? But don’t be deceived by those pics. The real taste is ‘too salty’. Well, I didn’t ¬†give much attention to the taste (it’s my fault and i’ll make an improvement next time), as I give the Italian seasoning and pinch of salt and cheese together (what a mistake). But IF i didn’t give pinch of salt, then it must be better.

So, the seasoning only is enough for the taste. You can give additionally cheese, but not salt, as i did. But if you want a spicy one, chili powder and more black pepper is fine.
