Butter Chicken Chop

This time, i’ll share a new recipe that i learned a while ago. The recipe is inspired by a video from TheMeatmen youtube channel. And i might say, the taste is great as my family gave an expected comment about it.

Since my family said it was tasty, then i was planning to cook it with prawn. Not only pork and chicken, you can substitute it with another like prawn or calamari or any meat you prefer the most.

As well, this recipe is using curry leaves pretty much. However, it is one of the ingredient that play the main role in the sauce, which give much flavor as well.

Note : Serve it while hot. The chicken is no longer crunchy if you leave it over hours.


For marinated :

  • 500gr Chicken chops
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

For sauce :

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 50gr butter
  • 20 to 25 Curry leaves
  • 250ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Black pepper
  • 2 chopped Red chili
  • 1 chopped Green chili
