TWO-WAYS BREAKFAST

Egg Benedict & Breakfast Cheesy Toast

Breakfast time everyone! So, you have bread, eggs, sausages or bacon, and cheese. Complete for two ways breakfast. One for Egg Benedict and another one for Breakfast Cheesy Bread!

I did in two ways as my sister has been requesting the egg benedict long time ago. But I was scared that the hollandaise sauce can’t be done well as I wish. So, i just made it this morning. Let’s go to the cooking chapter.

Ingredients

  • Slices of bread
  • Sausages
  • Crab stick
  • Eggs
  • Mayonaise
  • Mozzarella cheese

Step-by-Step
1.First, prepare sausages and crab stick. Slice them in thin size. And for crab stick, cut into dice.

2.Grate mozzarella cheese as much as you want.

3.For scrambled eggs, beat eggs with thyme, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.

4.For poached egg, prepare a soft boiling water, add a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and pinch of salt. Poach the egg and wait for 2.5 to 3 mins. Set aside gently.

5.Saute sausages and crab stick in pan and set aside.

6.Prepare butter in pan and grilled the bread.

7.In a medium-hot pan, scramble the eggs.

8.In a bowl, mix your sauted crab stick with mayo and chili sauce. Sweet and hot taste.

9.In a tray, spread the grilled bread with crab mayo, sausages, scrambled eggs and  a lot of cheese and finally thyme on top. Bake for 5mins at 150C.

10.While waiting, in a bowl, stir egg yolks along with butter above soft boiling water. Give salt n pepper to taste. Done it in about 3 to 4 mins.

11.Then, prepare a plate for egg benedict. Layer with the bread, sausage, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce on top. For optional, give the sprinkle of chili powder.

FINISH. Done with the two ways breakfast!

Here i used different ingredients as substitute since some are not available in my shopping market. Therefore i used sausages and bread, while actually bacon and english muffin is the original one. What is more, i didnt have the skill to make the hollandaise sauce well so i put my all youtube-knowledge while doing it. Not surprisingly, the making of hollandaise sauce was fail, was too thick and over cooked. *sigh*  Yet, cooking is nice even when you did a mistake. Make a improve instead.
